Colour Patch ID?

A mate of mine gave me this shoulder patch because it had a pig on it and I’m wondering if any one knows of it’s origin.He picked it up in Singapore in 1971 when he was in the British commandos but he doesn’t know if it’s British, European or Asian,so if anyone knows please get back to me.
