Received this and several others from members;

Kev. I received a phone call this morning from Blackie Reid. Blackie told me that Jack passed away last night. Jack was a legend within the Regiment. Ex WO1 and also an RSM. I know that a lot of fellas would have know Jack.

Terry Bryceson say Jack’s brother also died in the same week. Tragedy compounded. Dave Kibbey believes Jack’s death may be attributed to food poisoning.

Whatever the cause or the circumstances it is a sad day for the Regiment.
