7RAR continues to produce outstanding leaders as outlined by this email from the immediate past CO, David McGammon.

G’Day Kev,

 I have handed over as Commanding Officer of the Pig Battalion to LTCOL Paul Graham, DSM.

 Paul served in the Battalion as ADJT, Coy Comd and OPSO and served with the Battalion on MRTF-1 being awarded a DSM for his distinguished leadership under fire in the Chora Valley, needless to say the Pig Battalion is in very good hands.

You may also be interested to know that the Army Command and RSM list was released recently by the Chief of Army of interest are;

 LTCOL Mick Kearns (Former 7RAR COY COMD/OPSO) will command 3RAR from JAN 2018

LTCOL Justin Bywater (Former 7RAR COY COMD/OPSO) will command 6RAR from JAN 2018

 WO1 Dave Allen (Former RSM 7RAR) has been appointed as RSM of Army’s Forces Command from 2018

WO1 Mick Landy (Former RSM 7RAR) has been appointed as RSM 1st Brigade from JAN 2018

WO1 Matt Bold (Current RSM 7RAR) has been appointed as RSM Combat Training Centre from JAN 2018

WO1 Baz Fawcett (Former CSM 7RAR) has been appointed as RSM 7RAR from JAN 2018

WO2 Adam West (Former PL SGT 7RAR) has been appointed as RSM Western Australia University Regiment from 2018

WO2 Paul Dehnert (Former PL SGT 7RAR) has been appointed as RSM of a Reserve Battalion in Western Australia from 2018
