The books are coming off the printing press at last at the rate of 50 per week. The first lot will be posted this week from Adelaide but keep in mind that no plan survives contact with the enemy. I didn’t factor in Easter so maybe they won’t all be delivered by ANZAC Day. Most will, but not all.
