Shipping home Vietnamese girls

An extract from Grey’s Gazette (December 1970) caught my attention. In a section dealing with admin for RTA comes this pearler;

One Conex per company has been allowed for you to take home luxury items such as tape recorders, Vietnamese girls, amplifiers etc.

Yep, it says Vietnamese girls.  They might have meant Vietnamese dolls but I suspect the author (CClerk maybe?) was having a lend of us and typed it up depending on Gus Pauzer or the Adjutant not noticing.

Who said Admin Orders are boring?
